Learn the basics, ask questions, get updates on some Virginia laws that everyone should know.  Attend one or all of these informal talks on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

April 9  What are Virginia self-defense laws?

Is Virginia a “stand your ground state” or do you have a “duty to retreat” when threatened with deadly force? What circumstances justify the use of deadly force and when can you use it to repel an aggressor? Can you fire a warning shot? What is the “castle doctrine?” Civil liability vs. criminal liability. You may be surprised by the answers.
