Peter Hunter was born and raised in Cismont, VA.  He studied painting at St. Albans School in Washington DC for 4 years, then sculpture and art history at Union College in NY.  In addition, he studied painting, drawing, and ceramics at California College of Arts And Crafts.  The water colors in this exhibit range from family portraits to trips to Cape Ann, MA and the ME coast, the West Midlands of England, and local scenery.

In this show, HILARIOUS, Murray Whitehead displays recent work painted in his new studio space on Rose Mill Road in Nelson County.  His work reflects the joy of nature, the merriment of life, humor, and brilliance of color and imagery in the world.
