The Pavilion Project--Jazz & Blues Edition!
Our Super Summer Saturdays continue with a celebration of Jazz & Blues Music! At this event, we’ll be raising money to build an outdoor pavilion—with a center stage and two pergola-style wings—on our grounds. And it’s a hefty goal—the estimated costs for this pavilion come in at approximately $34,000. Thanks to the Lewis G. Schaeneman Jr. Foundation and the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge, we’ve already raised $12,000 for the pavilion—but we’ve still got $22,000 to go. We’re hoping our community can help us generate a couple thousand toward something that will not only exponentially improve the kinds of outdoor events we can hold, but will also be available to you all for private parties, gatherings, events, and pretty much anything else you can imagine.
If you like the idea, help us get this party going! Come be a vendor, help us plan the event, or get involved in any other way that works for you! If you’d like to help, please contact us at 434-361-0100 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
