Breakfast available on Saturdays at the Nelson Farmers Market!

Pastries, cookies, muffins, soups and frozen dinner entrees are available all day. 

For over 25 years, Claudia has been creating exquisite and imaginative culinary fare for all kinds of events. Whether faced with a fundraiser for 250 attendees or an intimate dinner for two, an interactive cooking course or a business lunch for thirty, Claudia never fails to create a memorable spread beautiful as it is delicious! Claudia makes all her own breads, pastries, pies and cakes, and an assortment of tasty sauces and salad dressings. She uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Gluten Free Eggplant Parmesan- breaded with spices and ground sunflower seeds. Sauce with local basil, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, spices.

Bean Enchilada- Pinto and black beans, garlic, onion, peppers, corn, tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado, cheese, spices.

Chicken Enchilada: Local “tall cotton chicken” , garlic, onions, peppers, corn, tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado, cheese, spices.

Chicken Pot Pie : Local Chicken in a pate` brisee` crust – peas, onions,  peppers, garlic, spices  in a cream sauce.
